We were so fortunate to have found Chris when we visit an open house in Davenport, Fl. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we were on vacation from NYC and decided to look a vacation home but without any hurry at all.
He took our email addresses and phone numbers to start sending us some properties that may interest us but never put any pressure trying to sell whatever showed up on the system and always asking us if we want to make any appointments to visit any of the listings.
Finally he showed us the one we liked, we made an offer and a month later we did the closing.
In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. From our first contact with Chris, he was professional and personable. He worked with us when the task of finding the perfect house was difficult. We were from California and planned to relocate to Orlando. Chris showed us a number of houses and we found one but someone else was ahead of us. We left and went back to Ca. He kept checking on any home that may work for us. He went back and checked on the home that was already under contract and the deal fell through and we got the house we really wanted. He was diligent and works so hard for the client that I can't say enough. We will use Chris as our future realtor.

Chris was beyond amazing throughout our buying process. My husband and I are from Michigan and wanted to buy an investment property that would eventually be our retirement home.
