From our first contact with Chris, he was professional and personable. He worked with us when the task of finding the perfect house was difficult. We were from California and planned to relocate to Orlando. Chris showed us a number of houses and we found one but someone else was ahead of us. We left and went back to Ca. He kept checking on any home that may work for us. He went back and checked on the home that was already under contract and the deal fell through and we got the house we really wanted. We were so fortunate to have found Chris when we visit an open house in Davenport, Fl. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we were on vacation from NYC and decided to look a vacation home but without any hurry at all.
He took our email addresses and phone numbers to start sending us some properties that may interest us but never put any pressure trying to sell whatever showed up on the system and always asking us if we want to make any appointments to visit any of the listings.
Finally he showed us the one we liked, we made an offer and a month later we did the closing.
In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Chris was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. It was my first time ever being in Orlando as an adult and I did not know much about where would be the best place for me to live permanently. Chris showed us the best apartments for me and he walked to each apartment with us to make sure we were getting the best deal.
